What We Do

Our registered massage therapists will complete a thorough interview and assessment with you before treatment where we discuss current or passed conditions that you may have had or be experiencing. We then create a customized treatment plan for you with the goal of helping you return to where you are able to function with minimal or no pain. We will also provide a customized homecare routine for you to complete between sessions. We will work together as a team to get you back to feeling your best self.

Therapies offered

  • Myofascial release - This is a technique used to treat restriction in connective tissue covering muscles, bones, nerves, vasculature, joints, and organs.
  • Trigger point release - This is a technique used to release a hyperirritable spot in a muscle that may also be causing referral pain in another muscle.
  • Neuromuscular therapy - Soft tissue technique used to treat areas with decreased blood flow, nerve entrapment and/or compression, trigger points, and postural dysfunction between the musculoskeletal and nervous systems
  • Pre and postnatal massage - Techniques used during and after pregnancy to help with common conditions pre and post pregnancy.
  • Joint mobilization - Technique used to treat restriction within a joint, decrease pain, and improve overall range of motion available at the joint.
  • Passive stretching  - This is used to increase length of a muscle by your therapist applying external force to achieve the stretch of the affected muscle.
  • Deep tissue massage - This technique is used to relieve tension, improve circulation, and decrease adhesions/"knots" in the affected muscle groups.
  • Swedish massage - A technique used with a combination of gentle strokes used to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (help you relax), and provide increased circulation to your tissues.
