My treatment approach is grounded in evidence-informed care and delivered through a trauma-informed lens. I strive to treat each patient as a whole person, recognizing that physical concerns are often connected to lifestyle, stress, movement patterns, and overall well-being. Every treatment is tailored to the individual. Your goals, comfort level, and personal history guide how we work together.
I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where your comfort and treatment goals are prioritized. Through thorough assessment and a personalized treatment plan, I design treatments that address your immediate concerns while supporting long-term wellness.
Caitlin has experience treating a wide range of patients. Including those with acute and chronic injuries, overuse conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, scar tissue management, specific health concerns, cancer, mental health considerations, and pregnancy-related changes, among many others. She especially loves working with women in the perinatal phase of life and plans to expand her practice even further in this area to continue supporting women through the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Beyond hands on therapy, I emphasize the importance of continuing care outside the treatment room. I provide personalized homecare routines including movement strategies, stretching, strengthening, and self-care techniques to help you build on the progress we make during your sessions. I believe in working as a team. By combining my clinical skills with with your body awareness and goals, we can create a foundation for sustainable health and wellness.
